Great Customer Service by Jennifer KatzI was surprised when I received my order that these are not the brand "silly bandz" as we know it. The shapes were exactly the same just a different color. I was a bit disappointed and contacted the seller. They responded in the same day and refunded over half my money and told me to keep the product. I was very please with their service. Just be aware that the shapes are the same they are just pink, purple, yellow and blue. Still a great product just a different color than shown on the web.
