Not just for juggling by Evan J Blaickley
My little brother is a magician & juggler, so naturaly the Fushigi is at the house. I decided to play around with it, well it became addictive. I started playing more and learning some easy tricks, but I noticed that my fingers were starting to get better and my disease was not as bad in my finger joints. I would have pain in my fingers and my thumbs would hurt so bad that I could not play the bass guitar as often. I told my Tai Chi instructor about how well it has helped with my hand problems and he decided to try it out also, now we use it as part of my training. My fingers have improved and I can play bass again with less pain than I felt in years. This may be a contact juggling toy, but it is also great for your health too.

Easy and Educational! by AMANDAinKC
This kit has great step by step instructions and gives wonderful educational information as to the "what and whys" of the experiments. My 7 year old got this for his birthday as he is really into science. Unfortunately, I'm not very educated in science so this kit is wonderful since it provides a high level background of the projects. He received other science kits that are junk and not educational at all. I will be looking for more products by this company.

Definitely a hit by C. G. King
My nine-year-old grandson could barely wait to open this set and could not be lured away once he began assembling it. I certainly scored major points for this present :) He loves the set.

The pieces assemble into the entire Quidditch game set up with the little trunk and various `balls' and several players with capes, bats and brooms, plus the tower and hoops--and I've probably forgotten something.

Some of the pieces are tiny, but he had no trouble assembling them and happily playing the intended game with the players, but then also some other games of his own invention. There is an extra `snitch' (the tiniest of all) which I expect is because that's the key ball and due to its small size, might be easy to lose.

Given the pleasure the set generated, it was money well spent, and I'm sure it would be greatly enjoyed by other Harry Potter fans.

Lots of fun by Mindy Davis
The ball is very entertaining, although it does take lots of practice. The company, Toy Hoarder, actually upgraded my shipping to priority, so I got it very quickly.

LEGO Harry Potter Hagrid's Hut by Teacher
I purchased this set for my grandson who is an avid Harry Potter fan. My grandson has been building LEGO sets for some time now (mostly Star Wars), and he has invented many sets on his own, which I believe enhances his cognitive development. He and I were excited when we found the two Harry Potter sets I purchased. I have been helping to build Hagrid's Hut, and I have found the directions to be clear. However, I have had some frustration with the bricks coming apart and the structure collapsing. Maybe I need more practice building with the LEGOs.
